The Things They Say

So the girls have really been doing some conversing lately.
 Below are some silly things, I've recently heard them say that have made me smile. :)

1) while visiting pawpaw, the girls are playing w/ an empty laundry basket putting their books, toys, etc...in & out of it. Molly walks up to me, & I told her to go get a book to share with pawpaw. 
She walks over to the basket & as she leans over to get pawpaw a book, Emma wisp the basket away & takes off running. And Molly points her finger & firmly says, 
"NO, NO Sissy! Pawpaw Book!"
Emma sweetly smiles, & puts the basket down for Molly to get a book. :)


2) lately everything that the girls see in a bowl, they get excited & automatically think it's "apples" (applesauce) Rick & the girls are at the table having breakfast, & I walk up to the table with my bowl of cereal & Molly starts yelling, " Applesssss!" 
Emma says back to her " No No Sissy! Mommy's Apples!" bahaha
Glad SOME one gets it! Molly seriously devours any food in sight. Reason # 35 why I hide from her when I want to eat LOL

3) Emma is laying on the changing table getting her diaper changed when Sophia walks into the room. Emma flings herself into a sitting position points her finger & says "no Sophie! get out!"  
Sophie turned around & walked out. LOL 



4) Mother's Day Morning Rick was trying to get the girls to tell me happy mother's day. Instead of cooperating they just smiled every time he would say "girls, tell mommy happy mothers day."  So he continued to repeat himself. Over & over he kept saying, "girls, tell mommy happy mothers day."
Finally Molly says "UH! Da-E! Ha-E Mutters Day!"  haha :-)

5) Every time Emma first sees me in the mornings she runs up to me with arms wide open, & in the cuntriest soundin voice she shouts " HI Mommy! HI!"  love it!


6) Mickey Mouse is called "Mow" in our house. Pronounced "ow", as in owl but its "mow" 
 Got that? 
Molly brings me the remote control & shoves it in my face shouting " mow mommy, mow"
Emma chimes in " No, mow! Pincess!" ( princess) lol 
Love how they already have an opinion about what should be on tv! 

7) Sitting in the drive thru line at McDonalds, with the windows rolled down, Emma continually yells out the window to the lady at the drive thru window  " fench fies, eat  fench fies! eat fench fies!"  LOL 
What can I say....My child knows a McDonalds when she sees one! haha 

8) I tell the girls every morning & after every nap " Good morning, mommy missed you! I love you!"  & lately Molly has started telling me " Mommy, I Miss you" whenever she goes any length of time without seeing me. It's the sweetest thing to hear her say!!!

9) Both Molly & Emma have been sounding like broken records lately. They repeatedly & very dramatically call my name "mommy, mommy, mommy!!!" countless times throughout each day. BUT i enjoy it! And they know they have me wrapped, so what can I say? :-)


10) Molly's new thing when she wants me to hold her is " mommy, mommy, mommy!!! me hold you, me hold you" (as she is tugging on my pants)

11) "No No Dake, No No" ( what they say when fussing at our dog jake-lol)
