21 Months

It is absolutely insane, how quickly these  monthly updates go by! But I am enjoying every single moment with them that passes by.

Emma Grace,

You are now 22lbs & some ounces ( i can't remember)
with your clothes on!
You are growing into your own little person and I am truly more & more proud of you each day!
You are so independent but still not afraid to be a Mommy's girl :)
You are a wonderful helper
And you do a wonderful job at taking care of your sissy
You have so many awesome facial expressions right now.

This is your "Noooo" face

This is your silly giggle face

Oh and this, This is your pitiful "why me?" face

And this is my favorite! Your attempt to pout face!

That pout face is awesome. You usually make it when you don't want to do something, so u make that pretend pouty face & usually it is followed by a fake whine. lol
Mommy usually ends up laughing at you, & you give in & laugh with me too.

You surely keep us entertained with all of the personality you have!

You have started showing excitement by jumping up & down while gasping then laughing out loud.
It always brings the biggest joy to my heart when I see you get so happy about something!

I am not sure what this is about but you are going through a phase of holding your food in your mouth!
This is you right after dinner.
You kept this spaghetti & milk in your mouth for over 30 minutes!!!

You have started getting bashful when you go poo poo.
You always run off & hide to poo if you think someone is watching you.

Mommy has FINALLY started letting you & your sister sleep through the night with a blanket.
This is a huge accomplishment for me.
I still check on you many times through out the night once you have gone to bed, but at least I let you get your snuggle on.
Up until this point, I have taken your blanket out of your crib once you have fallen asleep.
So see, I am growing right along with you! ;-)

Your favorite word right now is no.
You can say it many different ways & they all sound so cute!

You say it sassy,
( which ok, that one-not so cute)
You say it sweetly
You say it gently
You say it very directly. lol
And mostly, you say it OFTEN! ha!

I hear "no no baby" when you see Sophie or Molly doing something I told them not to do.
I hear " uuuh nooooo"  when Molly tries to take your toy
And I hear straight up "No!,"
When Mommy asks you to stand or sit somewhere for me to get a picture of you.
You are so over my camera.
BUT....you have started picking up my camera yourself & going around holding it up to your face saying
"Teeeese. Teeeese. Teeese"
which of course translates to "Cheese Cheese Cheese"
LOL
You so smart!

Happy 21 Months  my very special baby girl!
That Big "2" is right around the corner!
I love you so much!

Molly Ann,

You are now 19lbs & some ounces ( cant remember) with your clothes on.

You too are growing into your own little person, & becoming quite independent yourself.
Yet you still are crazy about Mommy! And it's okay, because Mommy is crazy about you too!
You are getting to where you like to feed yourself more & more  without help.
And I have learned that its okay if you make a mess. Lol
I prefer feeding you & your sister when you let me so that I know you have eaten more than the floor has, but slowly I am learning to ease up in areas. :)

You are saying more words now, and a fairly recent word for you is "Minnie"
Any time you see Minnie Mouse anywhere on anything, you point & say " Minnie" with the sweetest grin on your face.
You love love love Minnie mouse. And I love that you love Minnie. Seeing you get so excited over Minnie is just one more defining moment for me that says "my baby is growing up"  because to recognize a particular character & call them by name  is such a big girl thing to do.

My Minnie Mouse Lovin' Girl!

"Baby" is another word. You love your baby dolls. And I am SO excited about this.
For as long as I could remember I have dreamt about the day I could have my own little girl to buy baby dolls for. Mommy loved her baby dolls growing up, & I have never out grown my love for dolls.
So I am very excited to share this love with you & your sister!
Hearing you two ask for your "baby" & Watching you play mommy melts my heart!

My Silly Girl!

Many times I have caught you with my hair dryer up to your head & you are trying to "fix" your hair. lol
That is so cute to see you do!

Emma pretending to "fix" your hair

Sweetness

And I love watching you walk around with a hair brush trying to brush your hair.
You are so prissy for sure!

You are still so crazy about the slide at the parks. You love going up the steps & down the slide over & over all by yourself.

Ready, Set...

Goooo!

Molly Ann Rabon, you are my special special girl! I love you so very much!!!
I can't believe that all too soon, we will be celebrating you turning TWO!!!
