PawPaw Comes to Town!

Today was the end of our visit with Pawpaw.

Though it was a short visit it was a wonderful one. I love that man so much. There were many tears, laughs, and special moments shared between us these past couple days. I am thankful to have had this time with him, and I pray many more moments will be shared in the future.

One of my favorite past times is giving Pawpaw back massages!
I know how much I love recieving them, and as much trouble as his back has always given him...I always look forward to blessing him with a well deserved massage! He is the only one that has ever asked me for a massage and I didn't crinkle up my nose and sigh, " I guess" haha

He is just that special to me. :-)

I told Pawpaw he had to let Parker rub his back too because my brother (parker) has the BEST hands ever! Omg, he gives me better massages than ANY massage I have ever paid for! They are amaaazing!

My Mom's 92 year old neighbor had us over for dinner the first night Pawpaw was in town.
He is such a giving soul. Very Thankful to know him. His name is "Brother". And I have NO idea what his real name is. He has always gone by brother. lol  He lives alone with his dog. Bet you can't guess what his dog's name is.....Well ok I'll tell you! It's Sister! LOL True Story.

Pawpaw with his namesake. Parker is my brother and also Pawpaw's last name.

Pawpaw gave Parker a very special ring he often wore. I cried when I saw him hand it to him. It was such a special moment.

Please continue to Pray for my Pawpaw. I love him so much, and my heart just breaks for him right now.
We are planning to go see him mid november which is just 4 weeks from now. Please pray that all the details will fall into place so that this time with him will be made possible!
. Also, I have many pictures of the girls & pawpaw in their halloween costumes but you will have to wait closer to halloween to see those! :)
