Happy Mother's Day!

*** I have posted this once already but blogger moved it to my drafts & deleted a lot of  it!
 So here it is again!***

Mother's Day Last Year
( Molly L & Emma-R)

 Mother's Day This Year!
(Molly-L & Emma-R)

I love being able to compare their Now & Then Pictures. It fascinates me to see how much they have changed & grown over time.

Being a Mom Fascinates Me. Their is no greater joy or love than that between a Mother & her Child.
While being a mom comes with tons of hardwork, it truly is the most rewarding thing ever. I love my girls so much, and I can't imagine ANYthing comparing to this warm, beautiful connection that is between me & my girls. Trying to describe what it's like for me as their Mom leaves me speechless & that's usually hard to do.
Molly & Emma have touched my soul in such a way, that I really don't even know how to put it into words.
All that I can really say is, what I have with them, and what I feel because of them is just Beautiful.

Thank you Molly & Emma for making me a very proud, blessed Mommy. One day, when you hold your own baby in your arms, you just may realize then how much I truly, deeply, love you!

How We Celebrated

Oh how blessed I am, to call them my own!
I Love My Family!

Rick bought me a beautiful diamond ring, with my Grandmother's birthstone in the middle of it for Mother's Day.
My Grandma has given me so many special things throughout the years, but I have really been wanting something  that I could keep on me 24/7 that could serve as a memoir of her, so this ring is incredibly special to me.
Thank you so much Rick for doing this for me. I know that you see in my eyes every day,
how I miss her so much. I wish that I could just feel her hug me one last time. Never Before...and Never Again...will there be anyone like her. She was amazing on so many levels, and You knew her long enough to know that about her too. Thank you for helping me keep her memory alive, by honoring me with such a special gift!

We also celebrated Mother's Day by having lunch at my favorite Buffet, Golden Corral!
I love that place! It's all the home cooked meals you could want, and you don't have to spend hours in the kitchen to prepare for it, or to clean up after it. :-)

My Mom, Sister, Brothers, & Then My cousin Tanna, her Husband, & Their Little Girl all joined us for lunch there as well.

Tanna, Kaylee, & Jimmy

My poor little Molly got really sick not long after we sat at the table & she ended up throwing up all over herself, and me. :-( I ended up not being able to enjoy lunch as much as I would have loved too, simply because once Molly got sick, I was just ready to get her home so she could be comfortable. She has caught some yucky tummy bug & I am hoping Emma is spared and doesnt catch it too. It is such a helpless feeling when your babies are sick & you can't do anything to make them better.

Once she got sick, I took her outside to try & calm her down while my mom cleaned up the mess, & Rick was tending to Emma. And then Tanna took over Emma for him, & he came outside to get Molly for me so I could go in to eat. After a while went by, He was able to calm Molly down & he came back inside &  Uncle Parker held her so Rick & I could hurry& eat.

While Parker was holding her she ended up falling asleep on his chest.

So precious, yet so pitiful at the same time!

Granny then needed her  turn!

Thank you Tanna for sharing this day with us!
I love you so much & hope that our girls will grow up being as close as we have always been!
After lunch, we came home & laid the girls down for a nap. While they were napping I went & joined Rick's Mom and 2 sister's for what was suppose to be a comedy. But I think I cried more than I laughed. :-)
But I am glad I went. It was a good movie.

Mother's Day gift For Rick's Mom:
All of her grandchildren together. We framed it in a Grandchildren Frame.

I love this!
What's not to love? :)
Ladies, I hope that you were able to celebrate being a mom,
with the people in your life who are special to you!
Happy Mother's Day!
